Venue Pricing

By offering all-inclusive venue pricing, we allow your event to be stress-free with the focus to remain on your day.


  • Exclusive use of the entire Cedar Hall Property for seven hours on your wedding day (three hours before the ceremony and four hours once the ceremony begins)
  • Elegant Bridal Suite with full bathroom, spacious closet, plush seating, and access to the Manor House porch
  • Exclusive use of The Gentleman’s Loft which includes a flat screen TV, mini fridge, two restrooms, and dressing closet.
  • Exclusive use of Heartwood Hall and Cedar Hall for your engagement photos or bridal portraits (by appointment only)
  • Access to The Parlor and The Library in which family can relax prior to the ceremony’s commencement
  • Fully paved parking lot with parking attendants
  • Maximum Capacity: Garden Seating 300  Stables Seated: 220 

Food and Beverage

  • All catering is in house, providing you and your wedding party with delicious, fresh culinary creations
  • A $35 per person catering minimum will be used toward your cocktail hour and reception menu. Please see menu for further information.
  • Bar is priced separately. All alcohol served during the ceremony and reception must be provided by Cedar Hall.
  • A 20% service fee (gratuity) will be added to your catering and bar total and paid with your final invoice.
  • Full banquet and bar staff is provided to ensure an exquisite and hospitable reception.
  • Complimentary toasting service is included, offering a bottle of champagne, classic ice bucket, and delicate toasting flutes for the bride and groom
  • Glass plates, silverware, water goblets, and barware are provided.
  • Choice of an elegant buffet presentation, stations, or plated dinner (upgrade)  
  • Complimentary hand-lettered bar menu and buffet signs
  • Exclusive menu consultation meeting with our award-winning staff   
  • Courtesy beverage bar with water, sweet tea, and lemonade 
  •  Complimentary Coffee and hot tea bar with gourmet syrups and sweeteners

  • Cedar Hall’s award-winning staff will be constantly present to collaborate with vendors, coordinate the set-up of your event, ensure the comfort of your guests and manage the clean up after the event.
  • Cake Cutting Service which includes a decorative serving set and an extensive choice of cake stands
  • Professionally dressed, friendly parking attendants
  • Day of Wedding Coordinator to orchestrate your rehearsal, ceremony and reception activities
  • One-hour ceremony rehearsal the day before your wedding (time is subject to availability)
